Welding Services
Among our other metal fabrication capabilities, Regal Metal Products has automated welding capabilities as well! After stamping is completed, we can weld the finished parts together for partial or full assembly. We perform welding in-house and are also partnered with a third-party supplier for production welding.
Regal maintains one continuous welding cell in our production facility for in-house welding. We also have a prototype and production welder for all of our prototyping projects as well. For projects that require condensed timing, we carry a large inventory on hand of stainless, hot-rolled steel, and cold-rolled steel. We can also redesign some of your current weldments, castings, forgings, and machined parts and make them into stamping on progressive dies, without sacrificing the integrity of the item.
