We are well-known for our automotive-based progressive stamping, and are proud affiliates with several of the top automobile manufacturers. We specialize in custom stampings, prototypes, tooling design, and tool building. For custom stampings, we can either run tooling that we’ve designed and built, or we can run your existing tooling according to your specifications. In terms of prototyping, we generally manufacture prototypes in two volumes of production runs–limited and large quantities. Limited quantity prototypes are most often developed for research and product development purposes using prototype tooling. Large quantity prototype runs can be manufactured with custom tooling as needed for production applications in the Automotive market as well as any other industry we serve.
Regal is more than equipped to handle all of your automotive metal stamping needs. We have several presses with bed sizes ranging up to 60” by 168” 600 ton presses. Alongside our stamping presses, we have equipment for welding, finishing, tool building, and other fabrication techniques that complement the rest of our shop.
